Our Grounds and Facilities

We provide a unique experience for those Trainers and Clients who desire to own and manage their equestrian business. We provide a wide range of options from individual client boarding to a full 12 month lease that includes:

Main Barns and Adjacent Shed Row Configurations

• 21 stall main barn plus adjacent 16 stall Malibu barn, 3 turnouts, 3 tack rooms, 4 wash racks, 5 cross ties, office and hunter/jumper arena
• 16 stall main barn plus adjacent 6 stall Shed Row, 2 large turnouts, 2 tack rooms, 8 lockers, 3 wash racks, 2 cross ties, office, hot walker and hunter/jumper arena
• 21 stall main barn, 2 turnouts, 2 tack rooms, 16 lockers, 2 indoor wash racks, 5 cross ties, 2 offices and dressage arena
• 16 stall main barn with IN and OUTS plus adjacent 6 stall Shed row, 3 turnouts, 2 tack rooms, 16 lockers, 2 wash racks, 5 cross ties, 2 offices and hunter/jumper arena

Other facilities include four arenas,, a covered 100x200 lighted arena for both dressage and hunter/jumper disciplines and a covered lighted lounging arena. In addition there is an event facility, main office building and 3 public rest room facilities.
